· The suppliers of diaries are usually specialist companies who work with hundreds of schools. Their willingness to accommodate special requirements and changes to schedules is therefore tempered by their need to meet their contracts with other schools. The leverage of an individual school for changing their production schedule is therefore limited.

· This schedule does not take account of the substantial savings that can be made by ordering diaries early. The placement of an order before the Yule Holiday can create a saving of many hundreds of pounds, but it will usually require you to have given final approval for the design before the Spring Holiday. If you wish to take advantage of these savings you should adjust this schedule accordingly.
